How long does production take?
We start processing your order right away. If it has no personalized or fine/demi-fine pieces, it ships within 3 business days; with a personalized or fine/demi-fine piece, shipping takes up to 7 business days.
Orders that include pre-order items are held and sent together in one shipment once the pre-order is available.
Heads up: because we begin working on every order as fast as we can, we cannot change items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When production is finished, your order goes out with USPS and usually arrives in 7-12 business days. Faster options such as UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight are available too. For fine/demi-fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still comes first, even with expedited shipping. Orders with pre-order items are held and shipped in full once the pre-order is available.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All jewelry has a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and our Forever Gold Collection adds a 3 year color warranty. Lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse or poor storage are not covered. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry carries a lifetime warranty, with repair or replacement for material or workmanship problems.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only; we do not issue refunds. A return must be started within 30 days of the order date, and items need to be clean, unworn and undamaged.
Please keep in mind that we start working on orders immediately, so we cannot modify items or shipping addresses once an order is placed.
