How much time does production take?
Processing begins as soon as you order. Orders without any fine/demi-fine or personalized items go out within 3 business days, while an order that includes one fine/demi-fine or personalized item needs as many as 7 business days before it ships.
Orders that include pre-order items are held and sent together in one shipment once the pre-order is available.
Heads up: because we begin working on every order as fast as we can, we cannot change items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Once production is complete, USPS carries your order, and it typically lands within 7-12 business days. Quicker choices, including UPS 2-Day as well as UPS Overnight, can also be selected. Fine/demi-fine pieces still need their 7 business days of production before dispatch, whatever shipping speed you pick. Any order containing pre-order items waits and ships together once the pre-order items are ready.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece of jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty for flaws in materials or craftsmanship, and the Forever Gold Collection gets an extra 3 year warranty on color. The warranty excludes lost items, ordinary wear and tear, and harm caused by misuse or improper storage. Fine/Demi-Fine pieces come with a lifetime warranty that offers repair or replacement if the materials or craftsmanship prove faulty.
What are your return and exchange rules?
Qualifying items may be sent back only to get a swap or store credit, since we do not give refunds. You must begin the return within 30 days of ordering, and the pieces must be clean, unworn, and without damage.
Note that we begin work on orders right away, so after you place an order we are unable to change its items or the shipping address.
